| Our machining mechanical manufacturing capabilities
includes important processes such as finite element analysis,
mould design and manufacture, casting and post-casting
processing (e.g. heat treatment), jig design, post-casting
machining, anti-corrosion treatment, painting and finishing.
We have some of the latest and most advanced tools,
equipment and machines at our disposal along with the
modern computers and newest software packages backed
up with years of design experience.
Upon receipt of design drawings, a relevant production
feasibility study is carried out followed by a project/product
cost analysis. Suggestions for modifications will be
offer if the study comes back negative. Otherwise, the
next step is to create mould designs and drawings from
the part drawings and sample units. Additional tooling
and jigs required for the manufacture of the unit will
also be design and made and tested on the sample units.
We may also base the design on the client's requests
or ideas in terms of aesthetics and mechanical design
for the design of various parts such as Yaw structure,
nacelle, pole, bracket, fin, boom, other furling structures
and any other components
